Providing Feedback Through NPS (Net Promoter Score) – Next Gen CIB (iBusiness Web Portal) Print

Overview

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey allows users to provide feedback on their experience after completing a transaction or service request in iBusiness.

The survey helps the Bank understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Users can rate their experience and provide additional comments.

When Will the NPS Survey Appear?

After successfully completing certain transactions or service requests, an NPS feedback screen may be displayed.

The survey is optional and can be completed immediately after the transaction confirmation screen.

Step 1: Rate Your Experience

On the NPS screen, you will be asked:

"How likely are you to recommend iBusiness to a friend or colleague?"

Select a score from 0 to 10 based on your experience.

  • 0 = Not likely at all
  • 10 = Extremely likely

Step 2: Provide Additional Feedback

After selecting a rating, a feedback text box will be displayed.

Use this field to share comments about your experience, such as:

  • Ease of use
  • Transaction experience
  • Suggestions for improvement
  • Issues encountered during the process
  • Overall satisfaction

Feedback Confirmation

Once submitted, the system will display a confirmation message indicating that your feedback has been received successfully.

Skip Feedback

If you do not wish to provide feedback, you may close or skip the survey when available.

Providing feedback is optional and does not affect the status of your transaction or service request.
