To track the status of your transactions or Digital service requests, refer below:
Log in to iBusiness.
Click on Transaction Hub.
- The transactions will be displayed depending on the current status:
- Pending your Authorizations: All transactions are pending your approval.
- Pending you Action: Pending for you action in case if approver have sent for rework.
- All Transactions: Summary of all transactions.
- The Authorizers will only have access to view Pending Your Authorizations and All Transactions, while the Maker will access Pending Your Action and All Transactions.
Pending your Authorization
- The system will display the different transaction types, status, and count of transactions
- Click on the status based on the transaction type required
All Transactions
- The system will display all the different transaction types, status, and count of transactions
- Click on the transaction type required
- And then expand to view the required transaction
- Click on the particular E-Banking Reference Number to view the details of the transactions/requests
- To download the transaction details, you can click on the download or print option
