iBusiness – User List Guide
The User List is a collection of corporate users who are intended to perform similar duties.
Corporate Admins can create, modify, or delete user lists for corporate users.
This guide covers the following actions:
- Create User List
- Modify User List
- Delete User List
- Search & View User List Details
Create User List
Follow the steps below to create a new user list:
- Navigate to:
User Management > User Lists
- The system will display existing user lists. Click on ‘Create a new list’ to start a new one.
- Select the appropriate User Type and enter the User List Name.
(Note: Some fields may be restricted to Corporate Admins.)
- The system will display existing users under the selected IRIM.
If the user type is Corporate User, all corporate users under the IRIM will be listed.
- Select the checkbox next to each user you want to include in the list. Once done, click ‘Proceed’.
- The system will navigate to a Summary Screen to confirm the details. Click ‘Submit’ to continue.
- After authentication, a unique reference number will be generated and sent for approval to the checker.
Modify User List
- The system will display existing user lists in the summary screen. Use the search bar to find the relevant list.
- Click the Edit icon for the user list you want to update.
- Make the necessary changes (add or remove users) under User Profile, User Details, or Access Details. Click ‘Proceed’ once done.
- Review the updated details in the summary screen. Once confirmed, click ‘Submit’.
- After authentication, a unique reference number will be generated and sent for approval to the checker.
Delete User List
- The system will display existing user lists in the summary screen. Use the search bar to find the relevant list.
- Click the Delete icon for the user list you wish to remove.
- After authentication, a unique reference number will be generated and sent for approval to the checker.
Search & View User List Details
- The system will display existing user lists in the summary screen. Use the search bar to find the relevant list.
- Click on the User List Name to view its details.
