How to Create a New User Next Gen CIB Print

Log in using your Corporate administrator and follow the step-by-step procedure shown below:

 

Step 1: 

  • Navigate to User management > Users.
  • Click on Create a new user.

Step 2: Input User Profile Information.

  • Click on Create a new user.
  • All the fields with an asterisk (*) symbol are mandatory.
  • Click on Proceed

Step 3: Input User Details

  • Input User Details, All the fields with an asterisk (*) symbol are mandatory.
  • Enter the Preferred User ID for the new user
  • For the Access Type, select the user level such as Initiator, Authorizer, Initiator & Authorizer, Viewer
  • Login Authentication is Biometric Login by default.
  • For Authorizer and Initiator & Authorizer, kindly provide identification documents and input relevant details.
  • Once done, click on Proceed

Step 4: Access Details.

  • Click on Add Financial Configurations to select the appropriate financial configuration for the user.
  • Once done, click on Proceed

Step 5: Summary Review.

  • All the details from above steps are available for review
  • Once done, click on Submit.

Step 6: Authentication via paired device to proceed

  • You will receive a notification on your mobile device to authenticate the transaction.
  • Once authenticated, you will be navigated to the confirmation screen with a reference number generated.

 

Step 7:  In the case of the maker/checker, the request is required to be approved by Checker/Approver before it reaches the bank for completion.

  • Post Initiating the request, it will move to the Approvers queue for action.
  • The Approver should log in to iBusiness and click on the Transactions Tab and go to Pending your Authorizations 
  • The Pending items for the action will be available under transaction type Create User.
  • Approver can review the details and act (Approve/Reject) on the request initiated.
