For Modifying User Details, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to iBusiness using your Corporate Admin user and go to User management > Users.
Step 2: Once Accessed, User will be able to edit user details by Clicking on “Edit” icon :

Step 3: User will be able to edit user details.

Step 4: User will be able to change access type and login authentication method. 
Step 5: User will be able to add or delete Financial Configurations and change subscriptions.

Step 6: User will be able to view the “Summary Review” details screen to verify the user’s modified details.

Step 7: User will be able to click the submit button after reviewing the Summary Screen.



Note: If you have a "Maker-Checker Setup" for Administrators, please ensure that the request is approved by the 2nd Administrator.
