Updating Email Address for Remittance/Transfer Advice in Next Gen CIB
Use this guide to update or manage the email address used to receive remittance or transfer advice notifications.
Step 1: Access service requests
- Log in to iBusiness
- Navigate to:
Digital Service Hub > Service Request - Select:
Account Services > Account Notifications & Statements - Choose:
Attijari E-Advice Request


Step 2: Update email details
- Select the Account Number
- Enable or disable the Subscription as required
- Enter or update the email address
- Click Proceed

Step 3: Submit the request
- Review your changes
- Accept the Terms & Conditions
- Click Submit

Step 4: Authenticate the request
- You will receive a notification on your paired mobile device
- Approve the request to proceed
- A confirmation screen with a reference number will be displayed


Step 5: Approval (if applicable)
- If your organization follows a maker/checker process, the request must be approved
- The approver should:
- Log in to iBusiness
- Go to Transactions > Pending Your Authorizations
- Locate the request under Service Request
- Review and Approve or Reject the request

- Ensure the email address entered is correct to receive notifications
- Enable subscription only for accounts that require email advice
- Double-check changes before submission to avoid missed notifications
- Keep the reference number to track your request
