How to Request for A Rateb Card/NowMoney Card Replacement on Next Gen CIB? Print

Use this guide to request a replacement for a Rateb / iCard / NowMoney card through Next Gen CIB.


Step 1: Access service requests

  1. Log in to iBusiness
  2. Navigate to:
      Digital Service Hub > Service Request
  3. Select:
      Card & Cheque Management > Rateb / iCard / NowMoney
  4. Choose:
      Re-issue / Replace Rateb Cards


Step 2: Enter request details

  1. Select the Charge Account
  2. Choose the Account Number linked to the company
  3. Select the Company Name
  4. Under Type, select Pre-Paid Card Replacement
  5. Select the relevant employee(s) from the list
  6. Click Proceed


Step 3: Submit the request

  1. Review the selected details
  2. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  3. Click Submit


Step 4: Authenticate the request

  • You will receive a notification on your paired mobile device
  • Approve the request to proceed
  • A confirmation screen with a reference number will be displayed

Step 5: Approval (if applicable)

  • If your organisation follows a maker/checker process, the request must be approved
  • The approver should: 
    1. Log in to iBusiness
    2. Go to Transactions > Pending Your Authorisations
    3. Locate the request under Service Request
    4. Review and Approve or Reject the request  

Important Note

  • Replacement cards will be issued within 5–7 working days
  • Cards will be delivered to the designated custodian via courier 

Helpful Tips

  • Ensure you select the correct employee(s) to avoid delays
  • Verify all company and account details before submission
  • Submit replacement requests early if the card is urgently needed
  • Keep the reference number to track your request status
