Important Notes:
- User permissions should be in place to initiate a Cardless Cash Withdrawal. If not, contact your Corporate Administrator and follow the guidance in the following guide: How to Modify User Roles?
- Biometric authentication must be enabled to initiate transactions. If not, please enable biometrics by following these steps: from the Main Menu > More > Settings > Enable Biometrics
- You will be able to pay beneficiaries that are already setup on your iBusiness Profile for Cardless Cash Withdrawal or alternatively you can pay new beneficiaries by inputting the required details. Please note, you will not be able to save the details of any newly added beneficiaries through the mobile application. This will need to be done through iBusiness
Step 1: Initiating Cardless Cash Withdrawal
- Login to the iBusiness Mobile App
- Select "Cardless Cash Withdrawal" from the Quick Links menu from the dashboard OR "Payments" from the bottom of the screen then "Cardless Cash Withdrawal"
Step 2: Making the Cardless Cash Withdrawal
- Enter the transaction details on the initiation screen:
- Select Debit Account
- Select an existing Beneficiary from the list
- For a new Beneficiary, enable "Adhoc Beneficiary" and enter the details
- Enter Payment Amount
- Fill out the details in the other optional fields
- Confirm transaction details. For adjustments, use “Edit” button on the top right
- Authenticate using biometrics
- Finally, you will receive an acknowledgment that your transfer has been submitted, along with the payment reference number
Step 3: Collecting the Cash
- The approval process will depend on the setup done by the iBusiness System Administrator
- You can monitor the request under the Queue on iBusiness tab
- Please copy the e-banking reference number. The e-banking reference number should be shared with the Beneficiary by the customer directly (it is not sent in the message with OTP to heighten security)
- Cash Withdrawal should be done within 12 hours from the time of approval to avoid OTP expiry
- The Cash can be withdrawn from any CBD ATM by selecting the Cardless Cash Withdrawal option
