How to Approve the Remote Cheque Deposit Request through the iBusiness Mobile App?
Important Notes:
- User permissions should be in place to Authorise the Remote Cheque Deposit request. If not, contact your Corporate Administrator and follow the guidance in the following guide: How to Enable Mobile App Access for Corporate Users?
- Biometric authentication must be enabled to Authorise transactions. If not, please enable biometrics by following these steps: from the Main Menu > More > Settings > Enable Biometrics
- You will be able to Approve the remote cheque deposit request for the beneficiary account that is already setup on your iBusiness Profile
Step 1: Entry point for RCD
- Login to the iBusiness Mobile App
- Select the "Cheque Deposit" Quick Link on the Checker dashboard. This action will navigate you to the land up screen.
- From Checker- Landing page, under “Approvals”, click on “Pending Approval” to view the list of pending approval cheque deposit records
Step 2: Approval Process
- Deposit Level Bulk Approval
- select the deposits you want to approve from the listing screen
- Provide the “Approver Remarks”, if any
- Read the given disclaimer and click on the “Approve”
- Detailed View Approval
- Click on a record from the listing screen to view deposit details
- Click on cheques to view the detailed information of the cheques under the deposit
- You can perform partial approval for the deposit also
- Choose the cheques that need to be approved
- Enter “Approver Remarks”, if any
Read the given disclaimer and click on “Approve”
Step 3: Authentication and Acknowledgment
- Authenticate using biometrics
- Finally, you will receive an acknowledgment that your “RCD Transactions has been Approved” along with the approved Deposit slip number
