To register your Company MOL ID for WPS Salary File Transfers, follow these steps:
Log in from the User Token.
Step 1: Click on the Services Tab on the top Menu
- Click on the WPS Registration option on the left side menu, then click on WPS registration on the screen
Step 2: Input the required details on the screen and click on Register
- MOL Name: Company name as per the registration with Ministry of Labor (MOL)
- Emirate: Emirate of the Trade License issued.
- Trade License No
- License Expiry Date
- Free zone ID: Only applicable for Freezone Companies
MOL Establishment ID: Ministry of Labor establishment ID consist of 6 digits, add zero
before the ID number to ensure that the total number in this field is “13”.For Example: MOL ID is 1234, MOL ID to be entered should be 000000001234
Step 3: Review the details and click Confirm
Step 4: Enter the PIN + RSA Token and click Submit
- The approval process will depend on the setup done by the iBusiness System Administrator
- Once it is approved, you can proceed with the WPS Salary Transfer under Transact Menu
