How to View Your Commitment on Next Gen CIB? Print

For checking the Gold and Float status, follow these steps:


Step 1: Log in to iBusiness using your user and go to Accounts & Enquiries > Account Summary.

  • Click on the Commitment Account
  • System will display all the commitment accounts which are currently linked to your iBusiness Profile

Step 2: User will be able to select the vertical ellipsis and then will be able to select Account Details


Step 3: The Commitment Account details will be displayed on the screen
