How to Check if any Claims were Received Against a Guarantee? Print

To check if any claims were received against a guarantee, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Outward Guarantee" >> "Correspondences & Claims"

  • Click on "Claim Processing" 
  • Select "Search" and pick the System Id required with the guarantee details 
  • The status will show if there are any claims received against the existing guarantee
  • No Records Found indicates that no claims were received
