How to Submit a Guarantee Cancellation Request? Print

To submit a guarantee cancellation request, follow these steps:


Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Outward Guarantee" >> "Correspondences & Claims"

  • Click on "From Existing Guarantees" 
  • Click on "Search" and select the "System ID" required




Step 2: Submit a cancellation request

  • Select Message Type as Cancellation

  • Write the required correction message under Customer Instructions 

  • "Add a File" for required files

  • Click "Submit"  




Note: Cancellation of Active Guarantee requires NOC from Beneficiary so submit the original NOC to the nearest branch
