To submit a guarantee cancellation request, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Outward Guarantee" >> "Correspondences & Claims"
- Click on "From Existing Guarantees"
- Click on "Search" and select the "System ID" required
Step 2: Submit a cancellation request
Select Message Type as Cancellation
Write the required correction message under Customer Instructions
"Add a File" for required files
Click "Submit"
Note: Cancellation of Active Guarantee requires NOC from Beneficiary so submit the original NOC to the nearest branch
