To apply for a bank guarantee, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Outward Guarantee" >> "Guarantee Initiation”
Step 2: Select the applicable option
- Scratch – Create a new bank guarantee request (recommended to customers applying for the first time)
- Bank Template – Create a guarantee request from the bank standard template
- Template – Create a guarantee request from an existing template
- Copy from Existing Guarantee – Create a guarantee from an existing guarantee
- Draft Transactions – Review and edit the guarantee request between you or other users from your company who have already created and saved but not submitted a request
Step 3: Fill out the Guarantee Application Form
Fill out all mandatory details marked with an asterisk
Attach any other relevant information required
If you want to save this form as a template to submit later, select "Save as Template"
If there are any extra instruction or details regarding this guarantee application, please enter this in the “other information”
Click "Submit"
