How to Assign User Roles and Permissions Print

Note: User permissions should be in place to assign roles and permissions to your corporate user. If not, please contact your Bank Administrator.  


  • Once create user request is approved, setup the user access, roles and permissions on iTrade 

Step 1: In iTrade, click on Administration > User Maintenance > Profiles


Step 2: Locate the newly added user in the user list > Click on edit


Step 3: Assign appropriate Authorization level and limit for the selected user




Step 4: Assign the appropriate roles to the user by selecting the role and clicking on Add.

  • The Corporate Administrator have the responsibility for assigning the access to the user according to his/her role in the organization. This is usually a one-time activity.
  • For example, if the user is maker, he/she will be assigned the roles for all maker products. The user can select multiple roles by clicking on Add. 



Step 4: If there is more than one entity in your corporate, assign the user to an entity and assign the entity roles

Step 5: Once the request is submitted, it will be pending approval from Corporate Administrator Checker. Once approved by the Corporate Administrator Checker, the new User is ready to use iTrade.
