Downloading SWIFT Advice in Next Gen CIB Print

Use this guide to search for and download your SWIFT advice in Next Gen CIB.

Step 1: Access SWIFT advice

1. Log in to iBusiness
2. Navigate to:
   Accounts & Enquiries > SWIFT Advice and GPI Tracking

Step 2: Search for SWIFT transactions

You can search using one or more of the following criteria:

• Remittance Type
• Transaction type (Inward or Outward)
• Unique End-to-End Reference Number (UETR) 

Click Search to view matching results.

Step 3: Download SWIFT advice

1. Select the required transaction
2. Click Download
3. Choose the details you want to include in the document
4. Save the file to your device

Helpful Tips

• Use the UETR for the most accurate and fastest search
• Apply filters (e.g., inward/outward) to narrow down results
• Verify the selected details before downloading the document
