To submit documents arrival advice (DAA) for IBC to release documents, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Import Collection" >> "Message Bank" >> "Existing IC"
- Click on "Search" and select the "System ID" required
Step 2: Submit the instruction for the IBC
- Select Request for Settlement from the drop-down of Message Type
- Under Settlement Instructions, Select Accept from the "Disposal Instructions" drop-down menu
- Fill out all the required information and use Add a File if required
- Click "Submit"
Note: if Bill of Exchange or Draft is mentioned on the document arrival advice, then the original draft has to be collected, and the signed draft has to be submitted to the branch.
