To download the legalization advice/IBC acceptance/debit advice, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Import Collection" >> "IC Inquiry"
- Click "Search," then locate the System ID required
Step 2: Download legalization advice
- Click on the folder icon next to "System ID"
- Click on "Release," then click on the date link under the Type of transaction "accepted" or "Pay"
- Click on the Download logo next to the PDF file and choose the required file to be downloaded, either Legalization advice, acceptance advice, or debit advice
