Note: User permissions should be in place to initiate an Import Letter of Credit. If not, contact your Corporate Administrator.
Step 1: Click on Trade Services > Import Letter of Credit
- From iTrade Dashboard, select Trade Services from the main Menu, and click on Import Letter of Credit
Step 2: Select the Live Tab
Step 3: From the listed live Import Letter of Credits, click on the Amend button Import Letter of Credit to be amended.

Step 4: Update or amend the transaction details in the below sections of the Import Letter of Credit Amendment online application form.
Tips: Click on Next or Previous to navigate to the next or previous section or you can navigate to any section from the left pane.

- Applicant and Beneficiary Details
- Bank Details
- Amount and Charge Details
- Payment Details
- Shipment Details
- Narrative Details
- Instructions to Bank
- Attachment
- If a detail has been amended, its field will be tagged as ‘Amended’
Step 5: Confirm transaction details in the Preview section. For adjustments, navigate to the appropriate section and update the details.
Step 6: Once completed, click on Submit and you will receive an acknowledgment if the request has been successful.
