Step 1: Once the user ID is created successfully, please follow the below steps to log in
- Go to https://ibusiness.cbd.ae/CIB_Login_Web/Login
- Enter your User ID received by email and click on Continue.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & email address.
- Users will be navigated to Create new Password.
Step 2: Create Password to complete registration.
- Enter your desired password and Click on Create Password.
- Ensure that you comply with the password policy mentioned on the screen.
- Once Password is created, system will display you a QR code to download CBD iBuisness mobile application which is required to complete the device pairing and subsequent login to CBD iBusiness application.
Step 3: Download CBD iBusiness mobile application
- Use the QR code displayed on iBusiness to download CBD iBusiness mobile application.
- Users can download the application directly from Apple Store or Google Play Store as well.
After you download, please follow the steps below.
Step 4: Complete Device Pairing.
- Enter Username and click on Continue
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & email address
- Enter the Password created at Step 2

- Depending on your device, Allow Biometrics
- Enable push notifications – this is important to enable for your subsequent logins.
- Authenticate with your device Biometrics
- Once all steps are successfully completed, your Device pairing is Complete.

Step 5: Login to iBusiness.
- Go to https://ibusiness.cbd.ae/CIB_Login_Web/Login
- Enter your Username and Continue
- System will show below screen parallelly user will receive a notification on your mobile device, click on the same and authenticate with your Biometric method (Face ID or Fingerprint) and you will be auto login to your Web application.

- Post Authentication on your mobile device, you will navigate to CBD iBusiness application on your web application.
Step 6: Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions
For Subsequent Logins:
- Log in with your Username and click on Continue.
- User will receive a notification on his/her mobile device, authenticate the same with your Biometric method (Face ID or Fingerprint) and you will be auto login to your Web application.
