How to Create New Virtual Accounts? Print

File Upload Steps:


Step 1: Log in to iBusiness as a User

  • Go to Services
  • Click PCM Products
  • Click Liquidity Management


Step 2: Go To Data Maintenance >> VA Lookup Data Upload


Step 3: Select the required details

  • Select Customer Financial Part -To be provided by Client Excellence Officer
  • Attach the Virtual Account File
  • Click on Upload


Step 4: Review the details and click on Confirm


Step 5: Transaction Details will reflect on the screen along with the Reference Number


File Verification Steps:

  • To verify the uploaded file, click on Pending Activities (Beside Data Maintenance)
  • If the file is successfully uploaded, the record will show under Pending Verification
  • Click on the Reference Number and click Accept on the lower left side of the box
  • Transaction Details will reflect on the screen along with the Reference Number


File Authorization Steps:

  • To authorize the verified file, click on Pending Activities (Beside Data Maintenance)
  • If the file is successfully verified, the record will show under Pending Authorization
  • Click on the Reference Number and click Authorize on the lower left side of the box
  • Enter the RSA Token Number as 12345
  • Transaction Details will reflect on the screen along with the Reference Number


Once the file is fully authorized, the bank will notify you that a file has been uploaded then proceed with the request.
