To access a new or additional corporate credit card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Accessing/downloading the Application Form
Step 2: Filling Out the Application Form
- Program Set-Up Application(with authorized signatories and company stamp wherever required)
- Staff Nomination Forms(with employees signature and company stamp where required)
- Passport copy and visa page for all employees for whom the cards are requested.
- Emirates ID copy (both sides) for all employees for whom the cards are requested.
- The company's stamp on all copies of original documents(inclusive of passport copies, visa pages and EID copies as requested.
Step 3: Submission of Originals
- Please submit the original applications along with all required documents to Bank.
Step 4: Process
- Once the request is approved card will be processed and sent to the registered address by courier.
