Note: User permissions should be in place. If not, contact your Corporate Administrator.
Step 1: Click on Trade Services > Select product
- From iTrade Dashboard, select Trade Services from the main Menu, and click on the specific product
Step 2: Select the Live Tab
Step 3: From the listed transactions, click on the Correspondence button for the transaction with which you would like to send a message.
Step 4: Input your message in the 'Customer Instructions' field.
Step 5: Click on Next and review your message in the Preview section.
Step 6: Once completed, click on Submit and you will receive an acknowledgment if the request has been successful.
