How to Activate your Physical Token from iBusiness Mobile Application? Print

Step 1: Physical Token Activation

  • On the Mobile App, click on "First Time Here"
  • Select "Physical Token"
  • Enter the User ID received on the email from
  • In case of physical token, enter your Email Address where the User ID was sent
  • Enter the 9 digits number embossed on the backside of the token
  • Click on "Activate Token"

  • Upon successful validation, the system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to the email address and the mobile number. (Please note that your OTP will expire after 2 minutes)
  • Enter the OTP and click on "Submit"
  • You are ready to login
