Step 1: Physical Token Activation
- On the Mobile App, click on "First Time Here"
- Select "Physical Token"
- Enter the User ID received on the email from firstname.lastname@example.org
- In case of physical token, enter your Email Address where the User ID was sent
- Enter the 9 digits number embossed on the backside of the token
- Click on "Activate Token"
- Upon successful validation, the system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to the email address and the mobile number. (Please note that your OTP will expire after 2 minutes)
- Enter the OTP and click on "Submit"
- You are ready to login
