How to View your eDirham Transactions / Statement? Print

eDirham customers can request statements/transaction history through our SMS service by sending the below function to 4266. SMS must be sent from the registered phone number only:

  • On-Demand Statements
    • Send STMT (space) last 4 digits of the card (Space) unique card ID (Space) date in MMYY format

Statements will be sent for a single month, i.e. if you want a statement for September 2021, you will input 0921. If you also want a statement for August 2021, you will need to send a separate SMS with 0821.

*Please note the Unique Card ID is the 10 digit number printed on the face of the card
