To update a trade license, follow these steps:
Step 1:
- Log in to iBusiness.
- Click on the Service tab.
- Click on E-Form on the left side menu.
Step 2:
- Click on the dropdown arrow in the Product field
- Select product Name Trade License
- Select Service Trade License
Step 3:
- Once the appropriate Product and Service is selected, click on Request and select Trade License.
- Select the expired Trade License from the list.
- Update the new expiry date.
- Upload the copy of valid trade license in attachment 1 and attachment 2.
- Accept Terms and Conditions and click Initiate.
Step 4:
- Click Submit and confirm by entering your 4 digit token pin and 6 digit token number.
Note:
- Once the request is completed, the status will be updated in iBusiness, and the Trade License will not appear in the list of expired Trade License.
- If you do not have access to iBusiness, please submit a copy of your Trade License at any CBD Branch
