How to Cancel a Deal? Print

To cancel a Deal with our Treasury Team, follow these steps:

Step 1:  

  • Log in to iBusiness
  • Click on Service Tab
  • Click on the E-Form option on the left side menu

Step 2: 

  • Click on the dropdown arrow in the Product Field
  • Select the product Deal Booking from the product dropdown list
  • Select Deal Booking in the Service and Deal Booking Maintenance in the Request Field

Step 3:  

  • Fill out the Company Details, as below:
    • Account Number - which the deal was booked under
    • Deal Reference Number - to search for a specific deal
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Status (All, Booked, Cancelled, Rejected)
    • Transfer Amount
    • Transfer Currency

Please note you can perform a search by only filling mandatory fields

Step 4:  

  • Proceed to accept the Terms and Conditions and click Search (extreme right of the screen)
  • Your relevant deals will appear on the screen, with full details
  • For those deals with a Cancel option, you can proceed to select Cancel
  • Select Confirm on the summary screen
  • Enter your 4 digit pin and 6 digit token number and select Submit

Step 5:  

  • Post Initiating the request, it will move to the Approvers queue for action
  • The Approver should log in to iBusiness and click on Queue Tab and go to Pending your Authorizations on the left menu
  • The items pending action will be available under transaction type E-Forms.
  • Approver can review the details of the request/documents uploaded and respond (Approve/Reject) to the request initiated
  • The status of the transaction can be monitored via the Queue Module by following the steps in the this Video / Guide
