Frequently-faced Errors while raising Cash Disputes Print

These are the different types of Errors/Issues you may face when raising a Cash Dispute along with the solution:


1. Error: Unable to find Digital Documentation under Services Tab

  • Reason: Digital Documentation Role is not mapped to the user


How to fix it:


Role Mapping to Existing User

1. Log-in to iBusiness using Administrator Token

2. Go to Users and Roles Management >> User Management

3. Click on Modify User

4. Enter the User ID and click Search

5. Select the User ID

6. Click Submit on the first 3 pages, on the 4th page, select WBG Transaction Default Role or Transaction Default Role

7. Click submit and confirm by entering 4 digit pin and 6 digit token number


POINTS TO CONSIDER:

**Repeat the above steps for the Makers/Checkers/Approvers


If you require to assign only "Digital Documentation" to the user, follow the below steps to create a Customized Role:


How to Create a Customized Role

1. Log-in to iBusiness using Administrator Token

2. Go to Users and Roles Management >> Roles Management

3. Click on Create Role

4. Select the Channel as Internet

5. Enter the Role Name as Digital Documentation

6. Select all three boxes under Digital Documentation Role

7. Click submit and confirm by entering 4 digit pin and 6 digit token number


After creating the role, you can now go ahead and follow the above steps to assign the new role to the user.



2. Error: No Entitlement Found

  • Reason: There is no Authorization Workflow setup for the particular type of transaction

3. Error: Unable to upload file

  • Reason: Uploading a non-supported file


How to fix it:


Please only upload the supported file types:  pdf,jpg,gif
