How to Activate your Digital Token from iBusiness Mobile Application? Print

Step 1: Digital Token Activation

  • On the Mobile App, click on "First Time Here"
  • Select "Digital Token"
  • Enter the User ID received on the email from
  • Enter the Binding ID / Device ID from the RSA App from your Phone (For details on how to download RSA SecurID Token, refer to these articles):
  • Enter your Email Address where the User ID was sent

  • Click on "Activate Token"

  • Upon successful validation, the system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to the email address and the mobile number (Please note that your OTP will expire after 2 minutes)
  • Enter the OTP and click on "Submit"

  • Upon successful OTP validation, the user activation will be confirmed by the system. At the same time, an email will be sent to confirm the successful activation.

  • After receiving the user activation email, scan the QR code or open the link in your phone to import the token. Once the token is imported, the application will display the 6 digit token number which you can use on your first time login. 
  • Finally, after login, you will set up your 4 digit PIN for subsequent login, along with your RSA token.
