Login to iBusiness as a User.
Step 1: Go to Services >> Rateb Card Activation
- Select the Account Number linked during Rateb/iCard Company Registration
- Company Details will auto-populate
- Upload the Activation File (You can download the Sample Card Activation File on the upper right side)
Step 2: Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Submit
Step 3: Enter PIN + Token Number and click Submit
- Rateb/iCard will be activate after 1 day
- The approval process will depend on the setup done by iBusiness System Administrator
- You can monitor the request under Queue tab
