How to Re-Assign A Physical Token to Another User? Print

To assign an existing token to a new user ID, you may follow the steps below to raise the Token Re-Assignment Request through iBusiness.


Step 1: Log-in using your administrator token and go to Services -> E-forms

  • Select Product Name: iBusiness
  • Select Service: Amendment Form
  • Select Request: Map User ID to Token
  • Select Charge Account Number


Step 2:  Select the required details

  • Choose thew New User ID from the dropdown
  • Enter the Old User ID
  • Enter the Token Serial Number



Step 3: Accept the Terms and Conditions


Step 4: Click Initiate

  • Enter PIN + Token number and Confirm


Note: If you have a "Maker-Checker Setup" for Administrators, please ensure that the request is approved by the 2nd Administrator.


The request will be processed within 24 hours and afterwards, the new user can login to the system without any PIN. Afterwards, system will ask to setup the 4 digit PIN.
