How to Request for A Rateb Card/NowMoney Card Replacement? Print

For replacement of a Rateb Card/NowMoney Card, follow these steps:


Step 1: Log in using your user token and go to Services -> E-forms

  • Select Product Name: Rateb / iCard/ NowMoney
  • Select Service: Rateb / iCard/ NowMoney Registration/Maintenance
  • Select Request: Rateb / iCard/ NowMoney Maintenance
  • Select Charge Account Number


Step 2:  Select the Company Details

  • Select Account Number linked to the Company during Registration
  • Select the Company Name
  • Select Type as Pre-Paid Card replacement
  • Type the Employee Name or Employee ID and click on Search
  • You can also do a blank search to view all the employees
  • Select the Employee/s where card replacement is required


Step 4: Accept the Terms and Conditions


Step 5: Click Initiate

  • Enter PIN + Token number and Confirm


Note: 


In the case of the maker/checker, the request is required to be approved by Checker/Approver before it reaches the bank for completion.


Upon successful completion, the Rateb Cards will be issued within 5-7 working days and delivered to the respective custodian via courier.
