How to Register Your Accounts For MT940 Statements? Print

To register your accounts to generate statements in MT940 format, follow these steps:

Step 1:  

• Log in to iBusiness.
• Click on the Enquire tab on the top menu
• Click on SWIFT
• Under SWIFT Option, click on MT940
• Click the MT940 Registration option on the upper right side.

Step 2: Input the required details

• Enter the Batch Name that is for your own reference only
• To select the Type option, refer below:
  • Click on Individual if you require a statement for a particular account only.
  • Click on Combined File if you require a statement for multiple accounts
• Tick the required accounts where the MT940 statement is required. If Individual, only one account is required.

Step 3: Verify the details and click on Confirm

Step 4: Enter your RSA PIN+Token number to proceed

• You will be redirected to the confirmation screen
