To receive eStatements via Post and Email, follow these steps:
Step 1:
- Log in to iBusiness as a User.
- Click on Service Tab.
- Click on the E-Form option on the left side menu.
Step 2:
- Click on the dropdown arrow in the Product Field.
- Select Product Name E-Statement.
- Select Service E-Statement.
Step 3:
- Once the appropriate Product and Service is selected, click on the Request and select eStatement
- Select the Account Number/s where you wish to subscribe to receive automatic statements
- Enter the Email Address (If Delivery Option is via Email)
- Select the Delivery Option
- Select the Frequency
- Accept Terms and Conditions and click Initiate and Confirm
- Enter PIN + Token number and Confirm
Note: If you have a "Maker-Checker Setup" for Administrators, please ensure that the 2nd Administrator approves the request.
