You can follow the steps below to download the File Templates for Bulk Payments. A User Manual is also available for each file type for your reference.
Log in from the User Token.
Step 1: Click on the Transact Tab in the Top Menu
- Click on Transact >> Bulk File Template option on the left side menu
Step 2: Click Download under Sample File to download the Payment Template
- Ensure that Pop-up Blocker is off
- Sample of a File Template is shown below
Step 3: Click Download under User Manual to download the User Guide for particular Payment Type
- Ensure that Pop-up Blocker is off
- Sample of a Guide is shown below
