To download the credit advice/settlement advice upon the payment being credited into the account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Export Collection" >> "EC Inquiry"
- Click "Search," then locate the System ID required
Step 2: Download credit/settlement advice of Outward Bills for Collection(OBC)
- Click on payment receive date link under Release
Step 3: Download the OBC Advice
- Click on the PDF File red icon on the left side of the advice to be downloaded under List of Attachments
- Download the document
