To download the presentation advice/tracking details of the processed Outward Bill Collection (OBC) Request, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Export Collection" >> "EC Inquiry"
- Click "Search," then locate the System ID required
Step 2: Download the OBC Advice
- Click on the PDF File red icon on the left side of the advice to be downloaded under List of Attachments
- Download the document
