To check the status of the presented OBC documents, follow this:
Step 1: Click on "Trade Services" >> "Export Collection" >> "Pending ECs"
- All the pending OBCs which are not processed/dispatched yet will be reflected here
- "Submitted to Bank" indicates that the document is under process with the Bank
- "Under approval by corporate" indicates that the approval token is pending from within your company
Note: If requests are not reflected here, it means that requests have been processed and that there is no pending OBC request to be processed.
