To create or retrieve passwords, follow this:
Launch the log in screen of CBD Wallet: https://www.cbd.ae/cbdwallet/#/
- Click on "CREATE/FORGOT PASSWORD"
- Enter your User ID
- Click on "REQUEST OTP"
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP, new Password and Confirm Password
- Click on "Change Password"
- A successful password creation/reset message will be displayed
