What are the Top-Up Options? (CBD Wallet) Print

CBD Wallet Top-up options:

  • CBD Immigration Branch and CBD counters in various Immigration offices

    Clients can top up their SVAs through all CBD Branches and PSP locations.

  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking & iBusiness

    The client can request to link his Cash Online (CBD Wallet) to his RIM or IRIM through CBD Branches by submitting the required documents. Once the linking is done, the client will be able to transfer funds from his CASA to CO (CBD Wallet) account through the respective channels (Online Banking/Mobile Banking/iBusiness)

  • Remittance (CBD IBAN number required)

    Fund transfer requests get initiated by the clients from different banks to top up their SVAs in CBD. As a process, clients to transfer to the respective suspense IBAN:

    - For Cash Online: AE490230000001001170164
    - For Amwal: AE630230000001001955515

    Clients have to ensure that they mention clearly in the payment details (SVA name & SVA number). Otherwise, funds will be returned to the remitter bank.

  • Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

    Clients can top up their SVAs through all CBD ATMs networks, subject to the daily to-up limit.

  • Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM)

    Clients can top up their SVAs through all CBD CDM networks.

  • Top up by Card


The client initiates a top-up by card transaction by following the below steps:

  • logs into CBD Wallet front portal https://www.cbd.ae/cbdwallet/#/ with his user ID/Password
  • Clicks on “Top Up Wallet”
  • Clicks on “Top Up by Card”
  • Enter the top-up amount
  • A confirmation screen will be displayed mentioning the charges
  • Upon clicking on the “Confirm” button, the client will be redirected to the CyberSource screen, where they shall enter their respective card details (Card type/Card Number/Expiration Date/CVN) and click on “Pay”
  • The screen will redirect the customer to the CBD Wallet front portal and display a successful top-up message with a reference number.

  • Top up via other bank transfer


The client initiates a UAEPGS top-up transaction by following the below steps: 

  • logs into CBD Wallet front portal https://www.cbd.ae/cbdwallet/#/ with his user ID/Password
  • Clicks on “Top Up Wallet”
  • Clicks on “Top Up via other bank transfer.”
  • Enter the top-up amount
  • A confirmation screen will be displayed mentioning the charges
  • Upon clicking on the “Confirm” button, the client will be redirected to the CB UAE payment gateway confirmation and terms & conditions screens and then to the log in screen, where the customer can enter his CBD Channel credential (iBusiness/Retail Banking/CO)
  • Customers will select the account to debit from, enter the respective channel transaction credentials (PIN/Token), and click on “Submit”
  • The screen will redirect the customer to the CBD Wallet front portal and display a successful top-up message with a reference number.
