Log in from the User Token.
Step 1: Click on the Enquire Tab on the top Menu
- Click on Cheque Enquiry >> Cheque Status Enquiry option on the left side menu
- Select the Account Number and Status from the dropdown, then select the from and to dates, then click on Submit
- If you wish to search based on the cheque number, you can tick on "Search by Cheque #" and type the cheque number or cheque number range.
Step 2: After clicking on Submit, the list of the cheques issued for the selected account will be displayed below, along with the following details:
- Account Number
- Cheque #
- Cheque Status
- Reason for Return (If returned)
- Posted Date
