Log in from the User Token.
Step 1: Click on the Enquire Tab on the top Menu
- Click on the Account Activity option on the left side
- Select the Account Number required to view your recent activity
Step 2: Select the options from the dropdown as per your requirement
- To decide a "Search Period," you may refer to the below:
- Current Period - Will display start of the month till yesterday's transactions
- Today's Transactions - Will display transactions for this day only
- Yesterday's Transactions - Will display transactions for yesterday only
- Specify Period - You can specify the specific dates required by selecting from the calendar on From Date and To Date field
- Select Format - You have the option to display the Account Activity on-screen or download in the following formats:
- CSV/Excel
- Text
Step 3: Click on Submit
- If Format Type is selected as on-screen, the transaction details will display as follows:
- If Format Type is selected as PDF, Excel or Text, a file will be generated and downloaded to your PC. Then, you can open the same to view your transaction details.
