To download a Document Arrival Advice and Debit Advice for a Letter of Credit (LC), follow these steps:
Step 1: To search for the DAA advice to be downloaded
- Click on Trade Services >> Import Letter of Credit >> LC Inquiry >> Search
- Locate "System ID" of the LC for which DAA is to be downloaded, then click on the download logo, which is on the left side of "system id"
Step 2: Download the Document Arrival Advice (DAA) and debit advice
- After clicking "file folder logo" for download, the DAA can be downloaded by clicking on "Claim" if the bank has completed the request.
