How to Request a New Physical Token for a User? Print

For View Access Package, please submit the iBusiness Amendment Form (Transaction Banking - Amendment Form) and fill out the form as per the below instructions.


On Section 3, under "Administrator Set-up/Corporate Token", write the number of tokens required under 3.1 Number of tokens for Corporate Users and mention the delivery address details on the next page.

Form needs to be signed by the authorized signatory & marked with the company stamp. To be submitted either to your respective Relationship Manager or to Service Support DeskGround Floor, CBD Head Office.


If you have a Transaction Package, you may follow the steps below to raise the Additional Token Request through iBusiness.


Step 1: Log-in using your administrator token and go to Services -> E-forms

  • Select Product Name: iBusiness
  • Select Service: Amendment Form
  • Select Request: Additional Token
  • Select: Charge Account Number
  • Select Token Type: Hard

Step 2:  Enter the required details

  • Enter the number of tokens required
  • Enter the Consignee Details (Name, Contact Person, and Delivery Address)



Step 3: Accept the Terms and Conditions


Step 4: Click Initiate

  • Enter PIN + Token number and Confirm


Note: If you have a "Maker-Checker Setup" for Administrators, please ensure that the request is approved by the 2nd Administrator.
