- Step 3: Enter the User ID received in the email from email@example.com
- Step 4: Select the type of token
- Step 5: Enter the same Email Address as was used to receive your user ID
- Step 6: Click on Activate Token
- Step 7: Upon successful validation, the system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to the email address and the mobile number of the administrator. (Please note your OTP will expire after 2 minutes)
- Step 8: Enter the OTP and click on Submit
- Step 9: User activation will be confirmed by the system. At the same time, an email will be sent to the administrator to confirm the successful activation.
- Step 10: Post getting the user activation email, scan the QR code or open the link in your phone to import the token. Once the token is imported, the application will display the 6 digit token number which you can use to log in.
